Job Description – Plant Executive
Location: Plant
Experience: 2–5 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day factory and office administration.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, transport, maintenance, pantry, and facility services.
- Support HR activities including onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, and leave records.
- Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR), coordinate Purchase Orders (PO), and follow up with vendors for timely deliveries.
- Coordinate quotations, invoices, payments, and maintain vendor records.
- Manage office assets, stationery, uniforms, AMCs, and administrative MIS reports.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth administrative operations.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (HR/Administration preferred).
Experience
- 2–5 years in Factory Administration with exposure to HR, vendor management, and purchase coordination.
