Job description
As a HR Recruiter at Flymedia Technology, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process by identifying and sourcing potential candidates for job openings. You will be responsible for screening resumes and applications to select qualified candidates, conducting interviews to assess their skills and suitability for the role, and coordinating the hiring process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews)
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events
- Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and policies
- Support payroll and attendance tracking (if applicable)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
