About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead – Lead Generation & Vendor Management to lead our lead generation team, manage recruitment vendors, and ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads. The ideal candidate should have strong operational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Lead Generation team.
- Manage recruitment vendors and monitor their performance.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies.
- Track lead quality, conversions, and team KPIs.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain accurate data in Excel, Google Sheets, ATS, and CRM.
- Coordinate vendor invoices, payments, and operational reconciliations.
- Drive process improvements for better efficiency.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment Operations, Vendor Management, Talent Acquisition Operations, Staffing Operations, or Lead Generation.
- Experience managing recruitment agencies or hiring partners.
- Strong Excel, Google Sheets, ATS, and CRM skills.
- Excellent reporting, analytical, communication, and team management skills.
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
