Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, excellent communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching.
Responsibilities :
· Design and implement comprehensive English language curricula for students.
· Conduct engaging classroom sessions that promote both written and spoken English skills.
· Develop and deliver specialized training programs focused on improving students' conversational English.
· Evaluate and monitor students' progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
· Encourage and support students in their language learning journey, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
· Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
· Stay updated with the latest educational trends and technologies to incorporate into teaching practices.
Qualifications :
· Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
· Teaching certification (e.g., TGT, TESOL, CELTA) is mandatory.
· Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably at the secondary school level.
· Fluency in both written and spoken English.
· Strong understanding of English grammar, literature, and composition.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to create and maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
