Profile Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Performance Marketing Executive (Fresher) with basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads. The candidate should be eager to learn, analytical in approach, and interested in running paid marketing campaigns to generate leads, traffic, and conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
- Support Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaign execution
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Track leads, conversions, and campaign metrics
- Help improve ad performance through regular optimization
- Coordinate with the creative/content team for ad creatives and copies
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Strong interest in digital marketing and paid advertising
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment
- Certification in Google Ads/Meta Ads will be an added advantage
