About the Role
A reputed school in Hennur, Bangalore is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Admission Executive to support student enrollment and admission operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be customer-focused, and have the ability to effectively manage admission inquiries and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle admission inquiries from parents and prospective students
- Explain the school's programs, curriculum, facilities, and admission process
- Manage the complete admission lifecycle from inquiry to enrollment
- Conduct school tours and admission meetings
- Follow up with prospective parents through calls, emails, and meetings
- Maintain admission records, reports, and databases
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a seamless admission experience
- Support admission campaigns, events, and enrollment activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- 1+ years of experience in admissions, counseling, customer service, telecalling, or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong follow-up and relationship management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience in the education sector is an added advantage
