1. Project Execution & Supervision:
- Supervise installation of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, fire fighting, plumbing, and ELV systems.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Coordinate daily site activities with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of MEP works in line with project schedule.
2. Drawing Review & Coordination:
- Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, and coordinate with civil and architectural teams.
- Identify and resolve design clashes using coordinated drawings.
- Ensure proper integration of MEP services with structural and finishing works.
3. Planning & Resource Management:
- Assist in preparation of MEP schedules in line with overall project planning.
- Plan manpower, materials, and equipment required for execution.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of MEP materials.
4. Quality Assurance & Testing:
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, codes, and specifications.
- Conduct inspections and ensure proper testing & commissioning (T&C) of systems.
- Prepare checklists, inspection reports, and snag lists.
5. Billing & Documentation:
- Verify MEP quantities and support preparation of RA bills and subcontractor bills.
- Maintain records of work progress, material consumption, and approvals.
- Assist in preparation of as-built drawings and project handover documents.
Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
