- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Supervise and support restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Assist in staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and performance evaluation.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of restaurant employees.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the ordering of food, beverages, and restaurant supplies.
- Assist in controlling food costs, labor costs, and operational expenses.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, billing, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Support promotional activities and initiatives to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare operational reports and assist in achieving business and financial objectives.
- Ensure the restaurant maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at all times.
Pay: ₹14,765.57 - ₹50,162.47 per month
