Job Summary
Rubystone Hospitality is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, develop corporate and travel trade business, and strengthen relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hotel sales and a proven track record of achieving business targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate room, banquet, conference, and F&B business for hotel properties.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and tour operators.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and property presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Represent the hotel at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in Hotel Sales or Hospitality Sales.
- Strong network of corporate, travel trade, and MICE clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
