Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Motor Insurance Executive to manage insurance services for new vehicles and handle policy renewals for existing customers. The ideal candidate will ensure timely issuance of insurance policies, provide excellent customer support, and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and process insurance policies for newly purchased vehicles.
- Manage motor insurance policy renewals and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to obtain quotations, policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals.
- Explain insurance coverage, benefits, exclusions, and claim procedures to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of policies, renewals, customer information, and documentation.
- Follow up with customers regarding policy expiration and renewal opportunities.
- Assist customers with insurance-related queries and provide suitable insurance solutions.
- Support claim processing by coordinating with customers and insurance providers when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
- Prepare periodic reports on insurance sales, renewals, and customer retention.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in motor insurance, vehicle dealership insurance, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of motor insurance products, policy issuance, and renewal procedures.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and insurance management systems.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.

Experience:
