Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Handle inbound/outbound calls to convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings and sales.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client preferences, budget, and travel dates to recommend optimal domestic or international destinations and packages.
- Booking & Documentation: Process airline, train, and bus reservations, and assist clients with travel insurance, visas, and passport requirements.
- Client Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with potential clients to drive conversions and nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed individual and team-based monthly/quarterly sales key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer post-booking queries, scheduling changes, or complaints in a professional manner.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Experience: 0 to 1 year of proven experience in telesales, outbound sales, or a travel agency role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in English and local languages (Hindi/regional).
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Computer Reservation Systems (CRS), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), or CRM software.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of domestic and international travel trends, geography, weather, and local attractions.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
