Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory Compliance: Develop and maintain a strong compliance framework, conducting periodic audits to identify non-compliance issues.
- Legal Affairs: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, vendor contracts, and partner agreements.
- Company Secretarial (CS): Handle board meetings, statutory filings, ROC compliance, and maintain corporate governance standards.
- Risk Management: Identify potential legal and regulatory risks, providing strategic advice to leadership to mitigate them.
- Liaison: Act as primary contact for regulatory authorities, external counsel, and auditors.
- Policy Formulation: Draft and update internal company policies, ensuring alignment with legal developments
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
