Job Description of crew members
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
- Restock inventory, packaging materials, and supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing store procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Resolve basic customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support promotional activities and upselling to enhance customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements
