Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, excellent design skills, and the ability to create engaging visual content for digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality graphics for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
- Create marketing collateral such as brochures, banners, presentations, flyers, and infographics.
- Develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and development teams to deliver impactful visual assets.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and videos when required.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all design materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (freshers with an outstanding portfolio are also encouraged to apply).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Working knowledge of Figma and Canva.
- Basic understanding of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is an added advantage.
- Strong typography, color theory, layout, and visual composition skills.
- Ability to think creatively and solve design challenges.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing or advertising agencies.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Knowledge of AI-powered design tools is a plus.
