Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit prospective clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Present company products/services to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and update customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales or Business Development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
