We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Expert to join our growing IT company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and lead generation. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads for our website development and digital marketing services.

Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
- Create and manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) advertising campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads for website development and digital marketing services.
- Perform On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign budgets and maximize ROI.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven digital marketing experience.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Hands-on experience with SEO (On-Page, Off-Page & Technical).
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Understanding of conversion tracking and lead generation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing IT services, website development, software, or SaaS.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with email marketing and CRM tools.
- Experience working with international clients.
