Key Responsibilities
⦁ Process mutual fund transactions including purchases, redemptions, switches, SIP registrations, and STP/SWP instructions with full accuracy
⦁ Verify, record, and reconcile client investment data against AMC and registrar records on a daily basis
⦁ Coordinate with AMCs, registrars (CAMS/KFintech), and distributors for transaction updates, pending queries, and error resolution
⦁ Generate MIS reports, reconcile statements, and proactively flag discrepancies
⦁ Ensure compliance with AMFI, SEBI, and internal regulatory guidelines
⦁ Support the advisory and client servicing team with backend data, reports, and documentation.
Requirements
⦁ Experience: Prior experience in mutual fund operations or financial services back office 2- 5 years preferred)
⦁ Education: Graduate degree preferred — Commerce, Finance, or related field
⦁ Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and financial systems
⦁ Communication: Good command of written and spoken English
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
