Experience: 4+ Years
We are looking for a seasoned Civil Engineer with over 2 years of experience to oversee site execution and inter-disciplinary coordination. The ideal candidate will be the focal point for integrating Structural designs with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services, ensuring that the architectural vision is executed without technical conflicts.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Coordination: Lead the coordination between the Structural, MEP, and Architectural teams to identify and resolve "clashes" before execution.
Site Supervision: Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is carried out as per the approved GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
Structural Oversight: Ensure the RCC and steel structural elements are executed with high precision, maintaining quality standards for reinforcement and concreting.
MEP Integration: Supervise the laying of MEP services (conduiting, plumbing lines, HVAC ducting) to ensure they do not compromise the structural integrity or aesthetic design. Drafting & Review: Utilize AutoCAD to review shop drawings, make minor on-site modifications, and
prepare "As-Built" drawings.
Quality & Safety: Implement strict Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) protocols. Ensure all safety norms are followed on-site.
Project Scheduling: Track progress against the master schedule and report delays or resource requirements to the Project Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven field experience in residential or commercial projects. Software Proficiency:
Expert level in AutoCAD (2D mandatory, 3D is a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for billing and tracking). Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of IS Codes and building bylaws.
Ability to read and interpret complex Structural and MEP drawings. Knowledge of Finishing works (flooring, false ceiling, etc.) is highly preferred. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills to handle contractors, consultants, and clients
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,822.52 per month
