Job Summary
Craft Interactive Technologies is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Jr. Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will engage with prospective customers, understand their business requirements, generate qualified leads, and promote our ERP software solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions based on their business needs.
- Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations for the Sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Update customer information, call records, and sales activities in the CRM/ERP system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups and a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Stay informed about the company's ERP solutions, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Telesales, Customer Support, or Lead Generation.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and customer engagement skills.
- Confidence in interacting with customers over phone calls and virtual meetings.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of CRM, ERP, SaaS, or B2B software solutions is an added advantage.
