Key Responsibilities
- 3D Modeling & Drafting: Build accurate 3D models and 2D installation layouts for lighting, power distribution, cable trays, conduits, and earthing systems (LOD 300 to LOD 400).
- Clash Detection & Resolution: Run cross-discipline clash analysis using Navisworks to fix spatial conflicts with HVAC and plumbing services before construction begins.
- Family Creation: Develop and manage custom parametric Revit families for electrical equipment, fixtures, and panels.
- Quantities & Documentation: Extract material takeoffs (MTO), single-line diagrams (SLD), and panel schedules straight from the model.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
