Help Beauty Academies Deliver International LAPT Certifications
London Academy of Professional Training (LAPT) certifies skills through independent external industry professionals, rather than the training provider assessing its own learners. We are expanding across the beauty and wellness sector and are looking for experienced beauty professionals to join us in a dual role. This role is fully remote.
This is two roles in one.
1. PROFESSIONAL ASSESSOR
Conduct LAPT assessments online
Evaluate learners against LAPT assessment criteria
Review practical and theoretical evidence
Maintain assessment integrity
Provide professional feedback
Become a recognised LAPT Beauty Assessor
2. ACADEMY DEVELOPMENT
Identify beauty academies in your territory and network
Introduce LAPT International certification to academy owners
Explain the LAPT model and help academies select the right certifications
Support academies through onboarding as an LAPT centre
Help academies register learners
Build a continuing relationship with academy management
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
3 to 5+ years in the beauty industry (beauty therapy, cosmetology, aesthetics, makeup or hair)
A beauty, cosmetology or aesthetics qualification
Experience training students is highly valuable
Existing relationships with beauty academies, salons or training institutes
Comfortable conducting assessments online
Good English communication
Confident using WhatsApp, Zoom or Google Meet and online systems
Commercially confident enough to approach academy owners
We are equally interested in academy owners, senior faculty and freelance beauty educators. If you have spent years teaching beauty students and know academy owners personally, that network matters to us as much as your technical skill.
