What awaits you/ Job Profile
Seat suppliers have to provide FE models of their seats according to BMW specification.
As a model quality engineer you are responsible for a smooth process, starting with the first request to the supplier until the final confirmation of the model quality.
You check the quality of the delivered models, evaluate whether the BMW specifications are met and request for a rework loop, if necessary.
In case of a massive delay, you start an escalation process and start a parallel fallback path.
In your work, you are supported by specialized ESPs.
