Job Description:
Radiance Tour is hiring a Marketing & Tour Manager who will handle office operations along with a strong focus on marketing and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle official and back-office work
Focus on marketing & business development
Meet and build relationships with travel agents and corporate clients
Promote tour packages and generate leads
Convert inquiries into bookings
Assist in tour coordination when required
Requirements:
Travel & Tourism background OR relevant degree is a must
Good communication in English, Bengali & Hindi
Basic computer skills
Presentable and confident personality
Willing to travel locally for marketing meetings
Experience preferred, freshers can apply.
