Postion : Sales Head (Spice Division)

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by achieving budgeted revenue, volume, and profitability targets across domestic and international markets.
- Identify new business opportunities, expand into new territories, and grow the Private Label business.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key customers and distributors while negotiating commercial agreements.
- Monitor receivables, sales budgets, forecasts, and business performance to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Oversee inventory levels, external warehouse operations, and logistics coordination across international locations.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams on raw material planning and supply continuity.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Sales Support teams to enhance performance.
- Represent the Spice Division at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events to strengthen brand presence and generate business opportunities.
- Prepare management reports, analyze market trends, and develop strategic initiatives to drive sustainable business growth and operational excellence.
