Role Overview
We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven candidates for the role of Inside Sales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, counseling customers, driving sales conversions, and achieving monthly revenue targets.
Freshers and experienced candidates from EdTech, BPO, Telecalling, Banking, Insurance, Retail Sales, Customer Service, or any sales background can apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Convert leads into successful sales/admissions.
- Counsel customers and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain lead data and follow-up records in CRM.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a smooth sales process.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and Google Sheets preferred.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
- 0–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Business Development, BPO Sales, EdTech Sales, or similar customer-facing sales roles.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
