Responsibilities.
1. Lead and supervise a team of Franchise Development Executives, providing direction, guidance, and support.
2. Monitor team performance, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
3. Train new team members on booking systems & company processes
4. Handle escalated business partners inquiries & complaints, ensuring timely resolution
5. Guest Handling
6. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet team targets & revenue goals.
7. Conduct regular performance evaluations & provide constructive feedback
8. Maintain positive & collaborative team environment, encouraging for teamwork
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
