Job title Functional Consultant – Client Success
What you’ll do for us…
- Triage the ticket to determine if its bug/data issue, etc.
- Reproduce the issue and work with R&D, DevOps
- Develop, Test and Deploy the fix to production.
- Provide explanations for system behaviour (For solver – more complicated)
- Refactor IBPL code to make it more efficient.
- Move Config between diff env
- Develop and test CR’s.
- Clean up/archival and performance tuning.
- User Management (tickets or training customer IT)
- Collate the repeated issues or pain points of planners to CSM for
enhancements
- Willing to work in a 24*7 team with International Customers across the Globe.
What you’ll have…
Languages: SQL or similar; Statistical, Optimization and Simulation skills through software tools and packages like Python, R, SAS, CPLEX or similar is desirable.
Skills: Understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Demand
Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning and S&OP.
Characteristics:
- Strong ability to lead by example and demonstrate proficiency in both product
and domain.
- Patient listener with the ability to clearly articulate your
viewpoint to manage and deliver to customer expectations, even under
pressure.
- Ability to analyse and process large amounts of data and complement it with
intuition to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities or the
biggest risks are key.
