- Guest Relations: Welcome clients warmly, introduce them to upper management or sales executives, and maintain a professional reception atmosphere.
- Communication Handling: Manage incoming phone calls, field general property inquiries, and direct leads to the appropriate sales agents.
- Client Coordination: Schedule site visits, property viewings, and meetings for buyers with real estate brokers or developers.
- Administrative Duties: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage office calendars, and maintain documentation.
- Data & Lead Management: Record visitor logs, update daily schedules, and perform basic data entry into customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the front desk, lobby, and meeting rooms are tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with office supplies and marketing brochures.
