Position: Multi-Skilled Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Ensure smooth functioning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Attend guest complaints related to maintenance and resolve them promptly.
- Monitor and maintain DG sets, pumps, water treatment systems, and electrical panels.
- Perform routine inspections to identify and rectify faults.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors during repair and maintenance work.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, fire safety norms, and hotel engineering procedures.
- Support energy conservation initiatives and cost-control measures.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in hotel engineering or facility maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, generators, and basic carpentry work.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency maintenance requirements.
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, or luxury properties.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,577.31 - ₹20,000.00 per month
