Job Summary
The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, maintaining, analyzing, and presenting project and operational data to management. The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to generate accurate reports that support business decisions and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
· Maintain project progress trackers and databases.
· Collect and compile data from field teams and various departments.
· Generate reports related to project progress, manpower deployment, billing, and productivity.
· Create dashboards and analytical reports using Excel.
· Maintain records of DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), work orders, invoices, and project documentation.
· Coordinate with Operations, HR, Accounts, Procurement, and Project Teams for data collection and reporting.
· Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of company data.
Required Skills
- Microsoft Excel .
- Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
Experience
- Freshers to 3 years of experience can apply.
