JOB DESCRIPTION
- Analyze and evaluate current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Research industry trends, best practices, and emerging IT solutions to modernize systems and workflows
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Present insights, reports, and recommendations in meetings with management and clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business solutions
- Develop project plans, track progress, and monitor performance metrics
- Support project execution by ensuring alignment with business goals
- Train and coach staff on new systems, tools, and processes
- Create strategic initiatives based on organizational needs and requirements
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, users, and senior management
- Ensure continuous improvement of processes and systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
