Job Description:
We are looking for a smart and professional Front Office Executive / Receptionist with experience in the hotel industry. The candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and should ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests in a polite and professional manner
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage reservations and bookings
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
- Maintain front desk records and reports
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle guest complaints
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist in the hotel industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hotel software preferred)
- Presentable personality and positive attitude
- Ability to work in shifts
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in hospitality sector
- Immediate joiners preferred
