Roles & Responsibilities – Quality Assurance / Customer Quality Engineer
- Support Management Review Meetings (MRM) and prepare required quality performance data.
- Coordinate customer audits, provide supporting documents, and ensure timely closure of audit non-conformities (NCs).
- Support ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 audits across all departments and ensure effective closure of audit findings.
- Prepare and submit 8D reports for customer complaints and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
- Conduct Gemba Walks to verify and validate the effectiveness of 8D corrective actions.
- Prepare and monitor monthly Delivery Performance and Customer Satisfaction Trend reports.
- Conduct Dock Audits and prepare weekly Dock Audit Reports.
- Prepare and maintain ISO/IATF quality documents, procedures, process guides, annexures, and related records.
- Prepare Supplier Special Process Audit Checklists and monitor compliance.
- Conduct Layout Audits as per the audit plan and maintain audit records.
- Prepare Revalidation Reports as per customer-specific requirements.
- Develop and maintain Core Tools documentation such as SPC, MSA, PFMEA, and Control Plans as per customer requirements.
- Prepare and submit PPAP documents as per customer requirements.
- Prepare and maintain APQP documents for new product development.
- Conduct monthly on-site Supplier Audits and monitor corrective action implementation.
- Prepare Methods of Inspection as per customer requirements.
- Prepare and update ISIR documents, including re-opened ISIR submissions with inspection reports.
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new products and processes.
- Perform First-Off Inspection for new development parts and prepare inspection reports for assigned machines.
- Conduct New Part Inspections and participate in joint inspections with customers.
- Review and update documentation related to 4M Changes (Man, Machine, Material, Method).
- Monitor customer PPM performance through customer portals and prepare monthly reports.
- Prepare monthly Quality Trend Charts and present them during management review meetings.
- Prepare supplier competition/comparison reports and quality performance presentations for customers such as Ashok Leyland.
- Prepare Continuous Improvement presentations as per customer requirements.
- Prepare and issue 3.1 Material Certificates and DOFC Reports as per customer requirements.
- Conduct Supplier Quality Meetings, raise NCRs, and monitor corrective action closure.
- Prepare new quality documents as per customer-specific requirements and ISO/IATF standards.
- Coordinate quality activities for new product development and act as the quality interface with customers.
- Attend customer meetings and provide quality-related support as required.
- Conduct Supplier and Customer Review Meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and track action item closure.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
