We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Online Reputation Management (ORM) Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and online reputation management. The ideal candidate will support the team in monitoring, maintaining, and enhancing clients' online presence across various digital platforms.

Monitor online reviews, comments, mentions, and customer feedback across various platforms.

Assist in managing and improving clients' online reputation by responding to reviews and addressing customer concerns professionally.

Support the ORM team in identifying potential risks and opportunities related to brand reputation.

Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in online reputation management.

Prepare and maintain ORM reports by tracking key performance metrics and presenting insights.

Assist in managing social media platforms and responding to customer queries in a timely manner.

Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing and Customer Support to ensure consistent brand communication.

Stay updated with emerging digital platforms, tools, and technologies relevant to ORM.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field.
