Key Responsibilities:
- Guide students in career planning, subject selection, and higher education pathways
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions for academic and career development
- Support students with college admissions, entrance exam guidance, and career awareness
- Organize career guidance sessions, workshops, and counselling programs
- Coordinate with parents, teachers, and school leadership regarding student progress
- Help students identify strengths, interests, and suitable career opportunities
- Maintain student counselling records and reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in career counselling or student guidance
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
- Good understanding of higher education and career pathways
- Prior school counselling experience preferred
- CBSE school experience preferred
