About the Role:
Dizihomes is expanding across Haryana and looking for an energetic sales professional to build and grow our distribution network. The role involves appointing distributors, developing dealer relationships, and driving sales for our range of small domestic appliances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appoint new distributors and dealers across Haryana.
- Expand retail coverage and increase market penetration.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive secondary sales.
- Maintain relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely order collection, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Products:
Mixer Grinders, Juicers, Hand Blenders, Dry Grinders, Fans, Irons, Electric Kettles, Sandwich Makers, and other small appliances.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–6 years of field sales experience in Consumer Durables, Small Appliances, Electricals, or Kitchen Appliances.
- Experience in distributor/dealer appointment preferred.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Must be willing to travel extensively across Haryana.
