Telecaller – Ayurveda Medicine
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Telecaller to join our Ayurveda healthcare team. If you are passionate about wellness and have excellent communication skills, this role is for you!
Responsibilities
- Customer outreach: Call potential and existing clients to share information about Ayurveda treatments and products.
- Patient guidance: Explain Ayurveda therapies, remedies, and wellness programs clearly and confidently.
- Lead management: Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Relationship building: Provide courteous support and build trust with patients seeking holistic care.
Requirements
- Communication skills: Strong verbal fluency in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
- Healthcare interest: Basic understanding of Ayurveda or willingness to learn.
- Experience: Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
- Professional attitude: Patient, empathetic, and persuasive personality.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
