Job Summary
We are seeking a competent Structural Engineer with 4–7 years of experience in design and analysis of RCC and steel structures for EPC projects. The candidate will be responsible for delivering safe, compliant, and cost-effective structural designs, while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams during engineering and execution phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and analyze RCC and steel structures for industrial / EPC projects using relevant software tools
- Perform structural analysis using STAAD Pro / ETABS / SAFE as applicable
- Prepare and review structural calculations, design reports, drawings, and BOQs
- Ensure compliance with IS codes, international standards, and project specifications
- Develop structural designs for pipe racks, equipment foundations, platforms, buildings, and industrial structures
- Review structural drawings and ensure accuracy, constructability, and optimization
- Conduct structural assessments and recommend design solutions and modifications
- Ensure designs meet safety, stability, and cost-efficiency requirements
- Coordinate with piping, mechanical, civil, and project teams for load inputs and design integration
- Provide inputs for foundation loads, equipment supports, and structural detailing
- Support site execution teams by providing design clarifications and resolving technical issues
- Participate in design reviews, client discussions, and project coordination meetings
Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- 4–7 years of experience in structural design in EPC / Oil & Gas / Industrial projects
- Strong hands-on experience in STAAD Pro (mandatory) and working knowledge of ETABS /SAFE
- Good understanding of RCC and steel structure design principles
- Sound knowledge of IS codes (IS 456, IS 800, IS 875, IS 1893, etc.) and international practices
- Experience in designing industrial structures (pipe racks, foundations, platforms, etc.)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing/understanding drawings
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary EPC project environments
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
