Core Responsibilities
- Floor Maintenance: Operate buffers, polishers, and automatic scrubbing machines to clean and polish vinyl, tile, marble, or hardwood floors.
- Surface Polishing: Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, brassware, and stainless steel in public areas.
- Deep Cleaning: Strip, wax, and buff floors to remove scuff marks and enhance appearance.
- Equipment Care: Clean, disinfect, and perform daily maintenance on machinery
- Public Area Upkeep: Clean elevators, stairways, and high-traffic areas.
- Safety Compliance: Place "wet floor" signs, remove trip hazards, and handle cleaning chemicals according to Safety Data Sheets
- Reporting: Notify management regarding damage to flooring or required repairs.
- Experience: Previous experience in commercial cleaning or operating floor care machinery is often required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy machinery and perform repetitive tasks.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with floor cleaning chemicals and various types of floor finishes.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot stains and uneven, worn-out, or dirty surface
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
