Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, documentation, and onboarding.
- Support recruitment for positions such as:
- Engineers
- Technicians
- HSE personnel
- Project staff
- Offshore and onshore workforce
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and industry standards.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and hiring updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–2 years of recruitment or HR experience.
- Exposure to Oil & Gas, EPC, Offshore, or Industrial recruitment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with recruitment portals and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
