Job Title: Property Manager – Commercial Properties
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee and maintain our portfolio of commercial properties. The role involves regular site visits, coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing vendors, ensuring properties remain in excellent condition, and acting as the primary point of contact for tenants and property-related operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of commercial properties to ensure they are clean, safe, well-maintained, and operating efficiently.
- Identify maintenance, repair, housekeeping, security, or infrastructure issues and coordinate timely resolution.
- Manage and supervise vendors, contractors, security personnel, housekeeping staff, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure all properties comply with applicable safety, legal, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lifts, fire safety systems, and other building infrastructure.
- Maintain property records, inspection reports, maintenance logs, and vendor documentation.
- Monitor occupancy, tenant requirements, and property-related concerns.
- Respond promptly to tenant complaints and coordinate solutions.
- Track property expenses, obtain quotations, and assist in budget management.
- Ensure common areas, signage, landscaping, and facilities are maintained to brand standards.
- Coordinate with management regarding property improvements, renovations, and capital expenditure projects.
- Report property status, issues, and recommendations through regular updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in property management, facility management, real estate operations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of building maintenance and commercial property operations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and vendors simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly between properties.
