Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Galileo and Amadeus reservation systems and be capable of handling domestic and international ticket bookings efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international flight reservations and ticketing.
- Manage bookings, reissuances, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes.
- Operate and manage reservations through Galileo and Amadeus.
- Provide accurate fare quotations and travel information to clients.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for booking-related queries.
- Ensure timely issuance of tickets and travel documents.
- Maintain booking records and customer information accurately.
- Assist customers with travel-related inquiries and support.
Requirements
- Previous experience in airline ticketing or the travel industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Galileo and Amadeus.
- Good understanding of domestic and international fare structures and ticketing procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a travel agency or tour operations environment.
- Knowledge of visa and travel documentation requirements will be an advantage.
