Position: MIS Executive

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years (Preferably in Solar Industry)
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and report business data across various departments. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the solar industry and possess strong expertise in Excel, data management, reporting, and dashboard preparation to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Develop and manage dashboards for project tracking, procurement, sales, and operations.
- Generate reports related to project execution, inventory, procurement, and revenue.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across all reports.
Data Analysis
- Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to management.
- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports.
- Identify trends, gaps, and performance indicators for management review.
- Support forecasting and budgeting activities through data analysis.
Database Management
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate information.
Solar Industry Coordination
- Track solar project data including installation progress, material consumption, approvals, and project closures.
- Prepare reports related to EPC projects, O&M activities, and procurement.
- Assist management in monitoring project milestones and timelines.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain project documentation and management records.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to internal stakeholders.
- Support audit and compliance requirements through accurate data maintenance.
Required Skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Macros preferred).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Experience with ERP systems and MIS software.
- Data analysis and dashboard preparation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines efficiently.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Applications, or related field.
- Certification in Advanced Excel, Power BI, or Data Analytics will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an MIS Executive.
- Prior experience in Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, or Solar Manufacturing Industry preferred.
- Experience handling procurement, inventory, project, and operational MIS reports.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
