We are looking for a customer-focused and responsible Branch Executive to manage day-to-day branch operations, handle walk-in customers, oversee counter activities, and coordinate material movement within the branch. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth branch operations while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining accurate operational records.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers professionally and provide product information and assistance.
- Manage daily counter operations, including customer enquiries, billing support, and order processing.
- Coordinate material inward, outward, and inter-branch material movement.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the Purchase and Works teams for material requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery and dispatch of customer orders.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement and branch transactions.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, Works, and Accounts teams for smooth branch operations.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain branch cleanliness, asset safety, and proper document filing.
- Prepare daily operational reports and submit them to the Branch Incharge.
- Support branch activities and ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.

Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Branch Operations, Customer Service, Front Office, Retail, or Administration.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude are also welcome to apply.
