We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager specializing in HVAC systems to lead and oversee various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all HVAC projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while adhering to all safety regulations and client specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC technologies, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record in managing complex construction or renovation projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements for HVAC installations, upgrades, and maintenance projects.
- Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring clear communication and efficient task delegation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met, including change order management and cost control.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure all project activities comply with relevant building codes, industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE), safety regulations (e.g., OSHA), and company policies.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, progress, and safety compliance.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports, progress updates, and financial summaries to stakeholders and senior management.
