- Ticket Scanning & Seating: Greeting patrons, checking tickets, and assisting with seating, particularly during crowded shows.
- Auditorium Maintenance: Cleaning screens, picking up trash between shows, and ensuring restrooms are tidy.
- Guest Assistance: Managing crowd control, handling customer queries, and addressing complaints diplomatically
- Key Skills Required:
- Customer Service: Friendly, polite, and patient attitude.
- Communication: Ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Stamina & Flexibility: Good physical stamina for long hours and a flexible approach to performing different tasks (e.g., covering both concessions and ushering).
- Technical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of projectors or computerized POS systems.
- Concessionaire / Food Service Staff:
- Food Preparation & Service: Preparing popcorn, drinks, and snacks while following hygiene standards.
- POS Management: Operating Point of Sale systems to take orders and process payments quickly
- Box Office / Ticketing Staff:
- Ticket Sales: Handling bookings, processing payments, and providing information on showtimes, seat availability, and pricing.
- Upselling: Informing guests about loyalty programs, combo offers, and special events.
