Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges as per company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.
Pay: ₹10,368.29 - ₹34,169.58 per month
