Job Summary
CITO TECHNO is hiring a Senior UX/UI Designer to create engaging, user-friendly digital experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Figma, responsive UI design, design systems, and modern UX practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and responsive UI for web and mobile applications.
- Create and maintain design systems using Figma.
- Convert wireframes into high-fidelity, production-ready designs.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and usability.
- Participate in design reviews and implementation QA.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and AI-powered design tools.
Required Skills
- 5–7 years of UX/UI Design experience.
- Strong expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and design systems.
- Experience with eCommerce or enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing recent UI/UX projects.
Nice to Have
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Exposure to AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, or similar.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
