Job Description
We are hiring a Quality Controller / Cashew Grader for our cashew processing unit in Kesinga. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting, sorting, and grading cashew kernels as per quality standards to ensure high-quality products are supplied to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Grade and sort cashew kernels based on size, color, and quality standards.
- Identify and separate defective, broken, discolored, or damaged kernels.
- Conduct quality inspections during processing and packing stages.
- Maintain grading and quality control records.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company quality standards.
- Report quality issues and deviations to the supervisor.
- Assist in minimizing wastage and improving product quality.
- Coordinate with production and packing teams to maintain quality output.
Requirements
- Minimum 10th/12th Pass.
- Experience in cashew grading, food processing, or quality inspection is preferred.
- Freshers with good attention to detail may also apply.
- Basic understanding of quality standards and record keeping.
- Ability to work in a production environment.
