GeM Portal Executive
Job Summary
The GeM Portal Executive is responsible for managing all activities related to the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, including product listing, bid participation, order processing, documentation, and coordination with government departments. The role requires ensuring compliance with GeM guidelines and timely execution of procurement-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the organization's GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal account.
- Upload and update product/service catalogs with accurate specifications and pricing.
- Search for relevant tenders and participate in bidding as per company requirements.
- Prepare and submit quotations, bids, and all required documentation within deadlines.
- Monitor bid status, order confirmations, and contract updates.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, dispatch details, and payment-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Accounts, Logistics, and Operations for timely order execution.
- Communicate with government buyers regarding product queries, order status, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GeM policies, procurement guidelines, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain records of bids, orders, invoices, payments, and other GeM-related transactions.
- Resolve issues related to the GeM portal, including product approvals, order processing, and buyer communication.
- Prepare periodic reports on bid participation, order status, sales, and revenue generated through GeM.
Required Skills
- Working knowledge of the GeM portal and government procurement procedures.
- Understanding of tender documentation and bid submission.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in handling the GeM portal, e-procurement, or government tenders is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
